Terms and Conditions

Last updated 10 August 2026

Operonn Outreach is an internal tool operated by Operonn. These terms govern its use. By signing in you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not sign in.

1. Who may use it

Accounts are limited to @operonn.com email addresses. Your account is personal to you. Do not share your password, and tell Operonn promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

2. What you may use it for

The tool exists to manage Operonn's lead records and to send business correspondence from Operonn's mailboxes. Every message you send through it is sent in Operonn's name and is Operonn's responsibility as much as yours.

You must not use it to:

  • send unsolicited bulk mail to recipients with no plausible business interest;
  • send anything unlawful, misleading, or designed to impersonate another person or organisation;
  • upload personal data you have no lawful basis to hold, or that was obtained in breach of another party's terms;
  • contact anyone who has unsubscribed or asked not to be contacted. Suppression is enforced by the system, and working around it is a breach of these terms.

3. Sending limits

Outbound mail runs through a third-party mail provider with its own hourly and daily caps. Exceeding them causes rejections and, if repeated, suspension of the sending address. The per-hour and per-day limits configured on your profile exist for that reason. Raising them beyond what the mail plan actually allows is done at your own risk.

4. Recall is not retraction

The recall feature removes Operonn's own copy of a message and marks the lead accordingly. It cannot remove a message from a recipient's mailbox once their mail server has accepted it, except where the recipient is on a mailbox Operonn controls. Treat every send as final.

5. Data you enter

Lead records, templates, and message history belong to Operonn, not to the individual account that created them. Deleting a lead that has already been mailed hides the record but retains its message history, because that history is a record of correspondence Operonn actually sent.

6. Availability

The tool is provided as-is for internal use. It may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn without notice. Operonn gives no warranty that it will be available or error-free, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent the law permits.

7. Ending access

Access ends when your engagement with Operonn ends, or sooner if these terms are breached. Operonn may suspend an account at any time to protect its sending reputation or its data.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above records the last change, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms, or about the Privacy Policy, go to Operonn's operations team.
